Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems help organizations build relationships with potential and current customers. According to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, a CRM system allows “businesses to streamline communication, track customer interactions, and manage sales pipelines — all while providing valuable insights to support customer satisfaction and loyalty.”
In this post I review the Bigin CRM system, designed for small businesses at a lower cost than many other CRMs. The goal was to evaluate an affordable yet robust system which Bigin proved to be.
