A buyer persona is a one-page, research-informed representation of your ideal customer or audience segment. It’s not a single person; it’s a snapshot of a group that shares important characteristics. Personas help businesses and nonprofits focus their messaging, ad targeting, website content, and design to appeal directly to the people most likely to take action.
I chose to create a Persona for Thrive Market, which is an online subscription Organic Grocery delivery service.
