  1. Hi Isa,

I really liked your Persona for Sienna Marley! The design is creative and fits the Free People brand really well. The lifestyle details you included, like going to festivals and shopping vintage, made her feel easy to picture as a real customer. I also thought her psychographics were strong and lined up with the brand’s image of freedom and creativity.

One area I think could be expanded is her household income information compared to the cost of living in places like Portland or Boulder. Free People is a higher-end brand, so knowing more about her income and disposable spending would make the persona stronger. For example, does she save up for statement pieces once in a while, or can she afford to shop regularly despite living in a higher-cost city? Adding that piece would connect her lifestyle more directly to her actual buying habits, which is really useful for internet marketing decisions.

Overall, I think you did a great job making Sienna relatable and on-brand.

  2. I feel as if Sienna Marley was an excellent persona for Free People. Not only did the persona of Sienna give me a good view into who she was, but it also showed me a lot about what Free People is and what they stand for. The geographics section did a great job of both providing a range of locations and specific cities; and the same can be said of the occupation section in the demographics. The choice of photo is also visually appealing while telling a story about Free People all by itself. If there is one thing I would improve, I found the font and the blue background very difficult to read. Additionally, the age demographic could be more specific. Overall, I enjoyed your persona and feel as if I know a lot about Free People after viewing it.

    E.J.
