Hi Lonna,
I really enjoyed reading through your persona for BornHorsemanship.weebly.com—what an awesome business! I have a close family friend who travels to participate in various horse-riding shows. I’ll admit I don’t know much of the terminology, but I’ve seen firsthand how passionate and dedicated she is, and your persona reminded me of her right away 😊. She is young and has been riding for a long time, but her passion for horses is so special.
You did a great job addressing the unique challenges of a specialized, hands-on service like Born Horsemanship. I appreciated your focus on demographics and how location plays a key role in accessibility. It’s true that services like this are limited by geography, but your persona’s buying motivation section really helped clarify how the business stands out—reliable and consistent services, a convenient location, and strong cost-to-value appeal. As someone who fits a similar profile, I’m always looking for consistency and flexibility, especially when balancing work and family life. Your persona captured that need beautifully.
I also want to highlight how impactful the “About Me” section on the website felt. It radiates passion and dedication, which I imagine are essential qualities for someone like Kelli Jones, who’s investing in a service that supports her child’s interests. That kind of emotional connection and commitment is so important in building trust and loyalty, and your persona reflected that perfectly. I think it’s critical to understand that it is very important to explore different interests and not feel limited, especially for kids while they are young and still exploring.
Overall, I think you did a fantastic job. Your work shows a deep understanding of both the business and its audience, and I really appreciated the personal touches throughout. I am excited to see your continued work throughout this course and learn more. Great work!
-Sarah

Hello Lonna,
I found your persona page with ease, and I enjoyed reading your introduction. You did very well in providing a storytelling experience and getting me engaged with your persona. The visual layout, font, and graphics are clean and straightforward. It would benefit your page to add more graphics and or a video or two. Demographics and psychographics are clear and specific. I like how you incorporated the personality into your persona, and the buying motivations give great insight. The visual appearance of the persona profile is difficult to view on a desktop computer. The font is very tiny and a bit blurry, but other than that, you did a fantastic job, and I will definitely be taking some tips from your page for my own.
I look forward to seeing your work over the next couple of weeks. Have a great day.
Respectfully,
Angelina L.

I enjoyed your persona for Born Horsemanship; it is clear that Kelli Jones is trying to balance her work and activities while having young children. I was bit confused with how you defined “class” as “Upper Socioeconomic” instead of income, it would tell a better story to have an actual income range. Reviewing the website the cost of lesson seems to be in alignment with many other activities, such as a swim lessons or other sports lessons. By including an income range, it will have more impact on addressing one of her frustrations of prioritizing finances. Overall, the persona is clean and easy to follow. The font is a bit small but that is likely due to how it was uploaded to your blogpost. The graphs you use in the persona are impactful and tell a story well.
